These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the PCM By Kolhe mobile application ("the App"), operated by Nexos Technologies ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you (or, if you are under 18, your parent or guardian on your behalf) accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Licence to use the app
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial, educational use only. You may not sublicense, resell, or transfer your access to another person.
3. Subscriptions
Access to lecture content requires an active subscription, billed and renewed through Razorpay. Subscription tiers, pricing and what each includes are described on our Pricing page. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Content ownership
All lectures, chapter materials, and related content in the App are the intellectual property of Nexos Technologies (or its licensors) and are protected by copyright. You may not download, screen-record, redistribute, publicly display, or resell any content from the App, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission.
5. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials (your phone number and OTP access) secure, and for all activity under your account. One subscription is intended for use by a single student on their own account; sharing an account or subscription with others is not permitted and may result in suspension.
6. Service availability
We aim to keep the App available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or factors outside our control may occasionally affect availability.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexos Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [Nagpur, Maharashtra / your registered jurisdiction — confirm before publishing].
