How do I log in?
Enter your mobile number on the sign-in screen and confirm the one-time password (OTP) sent to it. There's no separate password to create or remember.
Which boards and classes are covered?
PCM By Kolhe covers Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics for Class 11 and 12, aligned to the HSC and MP Board syllabus and exam pattern.
Can I switch between Hindi and English medium?
Yes. You can choose Hindi or English medium separately for each subject, and change it at any time from your settings.
Is there a free preview before I subscribe?
Every chapter includes at least one free preview lecture, so you can see the teaching style before you pay.
How do refunds work?
Refunds are available in specific cases such as a technical failure that prevented access, or a duplicate payment. Requests must be made within the window stated in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Turn off auto-renew from your account settings before the next billing date. Your access continues until the end of the paid period.
How do I delete my account or data?
Use Settings → Delete Account inside the app, or submit a request from our Data Deletion page if you've already uninstalled the app.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. Payments are processed by Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS compliant. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details on our own servers.
